The advantages to owning a robot cleaner include their self contained filter, which is easily cleaned. They also provide great cleaning coverage for your pool. Some units are computer chip controlled, and some even have remote controls.

This used to be sold under the Sta-Rite brand but is now marketed under the Kreepy Krauly name. Pentair retained the  same technology that made this one of the better automatic pool cleaners out there. It still has the unique bristle drive and oscillating vortex design which effectively scrubs and vacuums away large and small debris. It is very Well suited for flat, dish-incline and hopper-bottom pools. The Kreepy Krauly Great White clears a 15" path and powerfully cleans gunite, fiberglass, vinyl and other specialty swimming pool surfaces. Its unique turning mechanism allows escape from difficult areas and provides excellent pool coverage. The Kreepy Krauly Great White is also one of the better priced automatic pool cleaners available compared with other brands that can cost you twice as much.
